When the sun goes down
Evening entertainment
Mini disco for the little ones, bingo for the whole family, concerts and sunset parties on the festival meadow, and cinema under the open sky.
When the sun goes downthe festival meadow becomes the centre of things
In high season there's something on the festival meadow in the evening, on top of the daily activity programme. It starts early with the mini disco, while the children are still awake, and at weekends it finishes late, once the sunset party is running. In between are a few hours where both work side by side.
During the week it's bingo evenings and rounds of board games, at weekends concerts on the festival meadow. On top of that comes whatever the calendar offers: big sporting events on a screen, open-air cinema once it gets dark early enough.
Every event has a drinks wagon, a barbecue and a crêpe stand, so there's nothing for you to arrange. What's on when is in the weekly programme, in the Strandcamping app and on the noticeboard at reception.

What runs in the eveningsix formats

Mini disco
The early-evening classic: the little ones dance as much as they like, the grown-ups watch. On regularly in high season.
Bingo evenings
Relaxed evenings with games for the whole family, and prizes worth playing for. Also in high season.
Concerts on the festival meadow
Varied concerts from rock bands to singer-songwriters. At weekends, in the open air.
The sunset parties
Once the sun is low the DJ duo starts: German pop and summer hits, with small games and prizes to match the theme. At weekends, and the dancing goes on a good deal longer than the plan suggests.
Sport on the big screen
We show big sporting events outdoors on the festival meadow. Cheering along in a crowd beats watching alone in the caravan.
Open-air cinema
A film under the stars, with popcorn, cool evening air and something to drink. From blockbusters to family films, there's something for everyone. Bringing a blanket or a camping chair is a good idea.
What it looks likethree minutes of sunset party
An evening like this is hard to describe. So here it is: glow sticks above the heads, coloured light across the dance floor, and a meadow that stays full well into the night.
